«Soldado de la CIA» is Robert Baer's memoir, published by Booket in paperback (434 pages, in Spanish).
Robert Baer, a former CIA agent, recalls his career in the Middle East and denounces how Washington's policy and the agency's internal drift left the way open for terrorism until 9/11. The book, which inspired «Syriana», combines the account of covert operations with a critique of an institution that lost its way.
Originally published in 2002 as «See No Evil: The True Story of a Ground Soldier in the CIA's War on Terrorism», this Spanish edition appeared in 2006.
