Set in nineteenth-century England, it follows Annabelle Peyton, a ruined young woman who needs to marry a rich man to save her family. To achieve this, she allies with the Wallflowers, four friends who help each other find husbands. It is the first instalment of Lisa Kleypas's Wallflowers series. The English original, Secrets of a Summer Night, was published in 2004. This Spanish edition is from 2006.
