«Resta kaòtica» is the contemporary fiction novel by Ventura Ametller, published by Cossetània Edicions in paperback (296 pages, in Catalan).
The work continues the narrative universe of «Summa kaòtica» and moves away from naturalism: a chronology of defeat after the Spanish Civil War, with cultural, mythical and philosophical references. The prose, open to personal interpretation, recreates landscapes and figures of memory and opens new readings of historical and social events.
Published in May 2008, it is the sixteenth title in the «Notes de color» collection from Cossetània Edicions.
For readers of contemporary fiction seeking symbolic, dense prose, with the Civil War and memory as a backdrop.
