Matt Browning, a debt-ridden former SAS soldier, receives an offer from MI5: to assemble four men to steal ten million dollars in gold and diamonds from a cargo ship chartered by Al-Qaeda. This "grey operation" would allow them to keep the loot and damage terrorist financing, but MI5 will deny any involvement if they fail.
First instalment of the "Matt Browning" series; the original work, "Greed", was published in 2003. This French edition appeared in 2007.
For readers with a command of French interested in military thrillers, espionage and action novels.
