In 'Pederastia en la Iglesia Católica' (Pedophilia in the Catholic Church), Pepe Rodríguez delivers a harsh denunciation against the high hierarchy of the Catholic Church, accusing it of covering up sexual abuses against minors committed by the clergy worldwide, with special attention to Spain. The author analyzes the causes and effects of clerical pedophilia, quantifying its dimension and showing how the top of the Church maintains a canonical legislation that forces the concealment of these crimes. Rodríguez provides significant cases from various countries and exposes the maneuvers of the prelates to protect the pedophile clergy, without forgetting the psychological and social situation of the victims and their families.
