«Mini y su nuevo abuelo» is the children's novel by Christine Nöstlinger, published by Ediciones SM in paperback (64 pages, in Spanish).
Mini loves her grandmother very much, even though she is often in a bad mood and suffers from headaches. When she discovers that her grandmother has a boyfriend, she does not like the idea at all: she does not know who this man is who could end up being her new grandfather. A story about family relationships and people's freedom to decide their own lives.
The work, published in 2003, belongs to the Mini series (volume 8 of El Barco de Vapor Azul) and has the original title 'Mini bekommt einen Opa'.
Recommended for boys and girls aged 7 to 9, especially for those who enjoy family stories.
