With a visual approach, the book explains what a computer is and how it works: it discusses the electronic brain, the microprocessor, telematics, robots and video games, and invites readers to explore the BASIC language. Colour illustrations and dialogues from animated characters accompany each explanation.
Published in 1983, the book is aimed at children aged 7 to 9 and is classified in the children's and technology categories.
For young readers starting out in computing who want a first, enjoyable and clear introduction to computers.
