«Men from the Boys» is the contemporary fiction novel by Tony Parsons, published by HarperCollins in paperback (329 pages, in English).
Harry Silver is a settled man: married, with three children and producer of a cult radio show. The return of his ex-wife and the departure of his son Pat destabilize his life. Two war veterans who fought with his father at Monte Cassino show him what it means to be a man and how to win back his family.
Published in 2011, it is the third installment and conclusion of the Harry Silver trilogy, which began with Man and Boy and continued with Man and Wife.
Readers of contemporary fiction about family and fatherhood who appreciate a register close to dramedy.
