«Manolete. Él y sus circunstancias» is the bullfighting essay by Fernando Claramunt López, published by Ediciones Tutor in hardback (279 pages, in Spanish).
Three psychological essays make up this work, which approaches Manolete from three angles: the man, the bullfighter and the myth. The author tries to get at the character's real personality, beyond his public image and the bullfighting legend.
The cover states «2ª edición» and bears the subtitle: «Tres ensayos psicológicos que alumbran la auténtica personalidad del hombre, del torero, del mito...».
A work of interest to bullfighting fans and to biography readers seeking a psychological portrait of the bullfighter.
