«Los últimos 476 días de Franco» is the historical essay by Vicente Pozuelo Escudero, published by Planeta in hardback (259 pages, in Spanish).
The book reconstructs the last 476 days of Francisco Franco's life, combining the author's account with fragments of the dictator's memoirs and the colour reproduction of eight paintings by him. It offers an approach to Franco's figure and the context of Spain in the final stage of his life, until his death.
This work belongs to the Espejo de España collection, in its Biografías y memorias series. The edition includes black-and-white photographs and colour plates outside the text.
Intended for readers interested in the contemporary history of Spain and the figure of Francisco Franco.
