«Los siete cabritillos» is the children's story by Luisa Villar Liébana, published by Ediciones SM in hardback (48 pages, in Spanish).
In this version of the traditional tale, seven little goats live peacefully in a modern town: they go to school, to the swimming pool and have toast with jam for breakfast. When their mother tells them the wolf has arrived in the village, their calm routine turns into an adventure in a contemporary setting.
Second title in the Modern Classic Tales collection. Published in 2007, with illustrations by Javier Olivares Conde and recommended reading age of 8 to 10 years.
For young readers who want to rediscover timeless tales in versions set in today's world.
