«Los habitantes de Llano Lejano» is a children's story by Carlos Murciano, published by Ediciones SM in paperback (60 pages, in Spanish).
None of the inhabitants of Llano Lejano feels comfortable with who they are: each one wishes to be someone else. Faced with this restlessness, the neighbours gather and decide to go to the fairy Callada in search of a solution. The story invites reflection on identity and imagination.
The book is number 16 in the El Barco de Vapor Blanca collection and includes illustrations by Montse Ginesta.
Recommended for children aged 6 to 8, it is a suitable title for working on self-esteem and self-acceptance.
