«Los cuervos de Alepo» is the testimony of Marie Seurat, published by Planeta in paperback (192 pages, in Spanish).
Marie Seurat, widow of Arabist Michel Seurat, reconstructs the life she shared with her husband and the circumstances of the kidnapping that ended in his death in Beirut. The volume is both a personal memoir and a chronicle of the terrorism that struck Lebanon, told by someone who experienced the loss first-hand.
Translation from French by Jaime Liarás García and Janine Muls de Liarás, published in 1988 in the Al filo del tiempo collection; the original title is Les corbeaux d'Alep.
For readers of memoirs and testimonies about Lebanon's recent history and political terrorism.
