«Linda - som i Lindadrapet» is the crime novel by Leif G. W. Persson published by Vigmostad Bjørke in paperback (589 pages, in Norwegian).
A police trainee is found raped and murdered in her apartment. The case, seemingly simple, leads to a far more complex investigation. The protagonist is the cynical and unpleasant investigator Evert Bäckström, and the plot allows Persson to satirize police incompetence and press sensationalism.
This is the first of Persson's novels featuring Evert Bäckström. Norwegian edition published in 2016.
Crime fiction readers who appreciate social satire and antiheroes.
