«Las glorias del tal Rius» is the comic by Rius, published by Grijalbo in paperback, with 320 pages in Spanish.
An illustrated chronicle in which Rius reviews his career as a cartoonist: half a century of work, over forty thousand drawings and a hundred books. With humour and a critical eye, his most famous series, Los Supermachos and Los Agachados, and magazines such as La Garrapata or El Chamuco pass by.
The work belongs to the Biblioteca Rius collection and includes a prologue by Carlos Monsiváis.
For those seeking a tour of Mexican graphic humour and the career of one of its great references.
