«L'art de vivre en harmonie» is the spiritual essay by Anselm Grün, published by Albin Michel in paperback (308 pages, in French).
Anselm Grün proposes nine paths to achieve a full life in harmony with oneself. He combines his spiritual experience with the wisdom of the Desert Fathers and poets such as Rilke or Celan, applied to today's daily life. He invites readers to give weight to what is essential and let go of what hinders, to find one's own way.
The work, translated into French by Christiane Lanfranchi-Veyret and Gabriel-Raphaël Veyret, comes from the German original «Das Buch der Lebenskunst».
A work for readers interested in Christian spirituality and personal growth.
