Immerse yourself in the intriguing world of 'Last Call', a novel by Tim Powers that will transport you to Las Vegas, where the randomness of casinos is just the surface of an underground kingdom. Georges León, the all-powerful King of the Game, controls a universe governed by archaic superstitions and myths, where life, power, and the secrets of destiny are at stake. In this edition of Círculo de Lectores, Barcelona, published in 1994, León seeks immortality, but one of his sons will rebel, triggering an epic confrontation in the final game.
