«La sirenita» is the illustrated children's story by Javier Inaraja, published by Susaeta in hardback (24 pages, in Spanish).
Adaptation of the classic tale of The Little Mermaid for today's young readers, with relatable characters and adventures that retain the emotion of the original story. The tale unfolds in a vibrant underwater world, where the young mermaid protagonist shares scenes with Neptune, other mermaids, a dolphin and a seahorse. The colour illustrations accompany the narrative and reinforce the gentle tone of this version.
