«La gran epopeya del pianista de Cans» is a children's and young adult fantasy novel by Xosé Antonio Perozo Ruiz, published by Auga Editora in paperback.
At the summit of Monte Castelo, near the village of Cans, there is a rock formation that suggests a seated pianist. From that image, the novel builds a story of fantasy and magical realism, with a Galician rural setting and illustrations that bring the tale closer to younger readers.
Illustrated edition published on 15 April 2019, with text in Spanish and illustrations by Fran Muñiz.
Aimed at children and young adult readers, the story takes place around Monte Castelo, in O Porriño.
