«La filosofía y su sombra», philosophical essay by Miguel Morey, Rosa Regàs and Eugenio Trías, published by Seix Barral in paperback (184 pages).
An inquiry into what philosophical discourse is and what it is for: its nature, function and structure. The work engages with subjectivist and humanist currents and explores the Western tradition, from Parmenides and Plato to Marx, Max Scheler and Heidegger, in order to ground a renewing orientation of thought.
First published in 1969; this revised edition includes a foreword by Eugenio Trías.
For readers of philosophy interested in Western thought and in the debate about the meaning of philosophical discourse.
