This precious guide unveils certain spiritual practices related to water. It offers a shamanic path, a healing method, and an invitation to honor the Spirit of water. Water is associated with the feminine, especially in the shamanic world. Rituals with Sacred Waters call to those who are emotionally blocked, inviting bodily waters to flow. When crystallized or frozen emotions are melted and dissolved in the waters, they begin to flow.
In this book, Minthé recounts how she was suddenly plunged into the world of shamanism, her relationship with water, and the encounters that punctuated her path. She speaks of her mission with women, tells the story of the Sacred Waters that accompany her, and presents rituals, prayers, and chants, as well as a protocol to follow during traditional ceremonies.
