«KunstHausWien», by Wieland Schmied, Joram Harel and Friedensreich Hundertwasser, is the illustrated guide to the Viennese museum published by Taschen in paperback.
The book explores the architecture of the KunstHausWien, a Viennese museum housed in a former furniture factory. It offers a selection of Hundertwasser's work: paintings, graphic art, tapestries, models and stamps. It also explains his conception of space, opposed to the straight line, and includes the artist's manifestos on housing and the city.
Edition with flaps, 96 pages and texts in German, English and French. Part of the Album series.
For those interested in Hundertwasser, organic architecture and 20th-century Viennese art.
