«Kleiner Dodo, was spielst du?» is the illustrated children's book by Serena Romanelli and Hans de Beer, published by NordSüd Verlag AG in hardback (32 pages, in German).

The little orangutan Dodo is bored in the jungle until one day an unknown object falls from a truck: a violin. When he tries it, he discovers he can produce wonderful sounds and starts to play. Little by little, his family and the other jungle animals learn to listen and enjoy the music.
