«Katixa, Kroko eta Kokoroko» is the children's book by Jesus Mari Txiliku Olaizola Lazkano, published by Elkar in paperback (152 pages, in Basque).
The work brings together Katixa, a seven-year-old girl; Kroko, a crocodile escaped from a book; and Kokoroko, a hen born in an ikastola and very fast. Their adventures intertwine: each character narrates their own story and those of the other two, in a play of viewpoints with humour that oscillates between reality and fantasy.
It is number 80 in Elkar's Xaguxar collection and is illustrated by Jon Zabaleta Larburu.
Aimed at children and young readers, especially those who enjoy stories about animals, fantasy and humour.
