«Informes de la Comisión Nacional de la Verdad de Brasil. Volumen I» is the first volume of the official report of the Brazilian National Truth Commission, published by Ediciones Universidad de Salamanca in the Biblioteca de América collection (paperback, 300 pages, in Spanish).
The volume contains the Spanish translation of essential parts of the CNV Report, presented in December 2014. It compiles the results of the official investigation into the serious human rights violations committed in Brazil between 1964 and 1988, and into the political repression of the period. The edition includes a preliminary study prepared by members of the Centro de Estudios Brasileños at the University of Salamanca, which analyses historical and institutional aspects of the investigation.
It is number 56 in the Biblioteca de América collection and Volume I of this translation, the first Spanish version of the Brazilian report. The work, in paperback, has 300 pages.
