«Hitza zizel / zizela hitz - El cincel y la palabra» is the art catalogue by Carlos Etxepare Zugasti, published by Gipuzkoako Kutxa in paperback.
Published on the occasion of an exhibition at the Sala Kubo-Kutxa, this catalogue explores the relationship between sculpture and the word. It brings together works by contemporary artists such as Eduardo Chillida, Antoni Tàpies and Anthony Caro, and reflects on how the chisel shapes matter while verbal language gives meaning to the sculpture of the 20th and 21st centuries.
Published in 2006, with 120 pages and texts in Spanish and Basque.
A reference work for collectors, art historians and enthusiasts of contemporary sculpture and the relationship between image and text.
