«Hasta Hoy» is Anne Geddes's photography book, published by EDB Ilustrados in hardback (264 pages, in Spanish).
«Hasta Hoy» brings together 113 photographs that Anne Geddes chose from her favourites, some previously unpublished in book form. The images of babies and children range from the sleeping newborn to gestures of complicity with parents; each photo is accompanied by a text by the author about the conditions of the shot and her intention.
This is the first edition, published in 1998; it also appears in records as «Hasta Hoy / Until Now».
For those who enjoy author photography and children's portraiture, as well as for Anne Geddes's followers.
Anne Elizabeth Geddes is an Australian-born, New York City-based portrait photographer known primarily for her elaborately staged photographs of infants.
