«Gaudí» is Juan Bassegoda Nonell's monograph on the architecture of Antoni Gaudí, published by Salvat in hardback (148 pages, in Spanish).
The book reviews the career of Antoni Gaudí (1852-1926) and his contribution to Barcelona's modernist architecture. From his early neo-Gothic works, it analyses the evolution towards a personal style with organic forms, colour and fragmentary materials, and includes emblematic projects such as the Sagrada Família and Park Güell.
For readers interested in architecture, Catalan modernism and the figure of Antoni Gaudí.
Catalan architect, historian and essayist (1930-2012)
