«Fazes-me Falta» is the novel by Inês Pedrosa published by Dom Quixote in paperback, 241 pages, in Portuguese.
The novel is structured in fifty textual blocks, like a spectral dialogue, with two voices: a woman who raises the themes and an older man. What unites them is not a passionate relationship but a bond of another nature, and the narrative seeks the precise name for that web of words that envelops them.
This is the 15th edition, published in 2007; the work originally appeared in 2002.
For readers of contemporary Portuguese fiction and intimate fiction built with alternating voices.
Inês Pedrosa is a Portuguese journalist, novelist, short story writer, children's writer and playwright. She was director of the Casa Fernando Pessoa. Her novels have also been published in Brazil, Croatia, Ukraine, Germany, Italy and Spain.
