In 'Existió otra humanidad', J. J. Benítez presents what he considers the definitive proof of the existence of an advanced civilization on our planet millions of years ago. Based on the study of more than eleven thousand engraved stones found in Ica, Peru, the author argues that these artifacts demonstrate that prehistoric inhabitants possessed surprising knowledge in fields such as medicine, biology, astronomy, and nautical science. This work, originally published in 1975, invites us to reconsider the history of humanity and to explore the possibility of a much richer and more complex past than is believed.
