«En Pere i el llop» is the illustrated children's story by Equip Susaeta, published by Susaeta in hardback (30 pages, in Catalan).
This adaptation of the classic tale tells the story of Pere, a boy who lives in a rural village and, ignoring advice, wanders away from the village until he meets a wolf. While the adults scold him for lying about the danger, the animal takes the opportunity to approach the flock and highlights the importance of telling the truth and not raising the alarm without reason. The colour illustrations, by Carmen Marcos, accompany the narrative with scenes of country life and animals familiar to young children.
The work is part of Susaeta's Rondall Art Català collection. The edition includes a list of titles in the collection and their ISBN on the back cover.
Suitable for children aged 4 and up, this illustrated picture book is ideal for a first introduction to classic tales and for shared reading at home or in the classroom.
