«En el límite: La vida en el capitalismo global» is the essay collection by Anthony Giddens and Will Hutton, published by Tusquets in paperback (328 pages).
Triumphant capitalism is spreading across the planet, and its innovation creates new corporate structures, social divisions and economic models, with opportunities and risks. The book brings together ten experts, such as Soros, Castells or Beck, to analyse globalisation and its impact on the environment, the media, the family and the markets.
The work, published in 2001, is the second volume of the Tusquets Kriterios collection.
A work of interest for readers of political theory, sociology and debate on globalisation.
