«El séptimo sentido: el arte de vivir y escalar montañas» is Kurt Diemberger's mountaineering book, published by Ediciones Desnivel in paperback.

Diemberger reviews his climbing career, from the Alps of the 1950s to the first ascents of Broad Peak and Dhaulagiri. He recalls extreme episodes such as Hermann Buhl's fall on Chogolisa and the 1986 K2 tragedy, and interweaves these experiences with questions about life and the meaning of existence.
