«El mapa del mundo de nuestras vidas» is a book of reportage by Bru Rovira, published by Heterodoxos in paperback (384 pages, in Spanish).
Bru Rovira brings together his chronicles with those of Médecins Sans Frontières aid workers Aitor Zabalgogeazkoa and Paula Farias. Chechnya, the former Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, Syria and the Mediterranean draw a map of recent conflicts; the book reflects on why human beings can be so generous and so miserable at the same time.
Published in 2017, it is number 33 in the Heterodoxos collection and includes photographs by the author, Bru Rovira, taken over three decades of travel as a reporter.
For readers aged 12 and over interested in war journalism, humanitarian aid and recent conflicts.
