«Después de Auschwitz» is the testimonial account by Eva Schloss and Karen Bartlett, published by Círculo de Lectores in hardback (351 pages, in Spanish).
Eva Schloss, stepsister of Anne Frank, recalls her experiences during the Second World War: persecution, flight and her deportation to Auschwitz-Birkenau. After liberation, she narrates the difficult reconstruction of her life and the weight of memory. A first-person testimony about loss and hope.
Subtitled «la conmovedora historia de la hermanastra de Ana Frank», it was published in 2015.
For those seeking a real Holocaust testimony told by a survivor.
Eva Schloss was an Austrian Holocaust survivor, memoirist, and the stepdaughter of Otto Frank, the father of Margot and diarist Anne Frank. She spoke widely about her family's experiences during the Holocaust and participated in the USC Shoah Foundation's Visual History Archive, recording interactive video testimony for use in educational programmes.
