«Dangerously Ever After» is the children's picture book by Dashka Slater, published by Dial Books (Penguin) in hardback in English.
Princess Amanita is no delicate damsel: she prefers bikes without brakes and tends a garden full of dangerous plants. When the shy Prince Florian gives her rose seeds, huge sneezing noses sprout from the soil. Amid laughter and impossible gardens, Amanita discovers an unexpected friendship and a new way of seeing beauty.
Valeria Docampo provides the illustrations. The first edition was originally published on 13 September 2012.
For early readers who enjoy brave princesses, absurd humour and gardens full of surprises.
