«Columpios» is a children's poetry book by Alberto Forcada, with illustrations by Juan Gedovius, published by Fondo de Cultura Económica in hardback.
The poems in this book bring together surprising, dreamlike images: ships that meow, kings turned into carrots, kites escaping in flocks towards the mountains, and a dream train awaited on the platform in pyjamas. Juan Gedovius's illustrations populate these verses with animated beings that appear in unexpected corners.
The book was published in 2005 in the A la Orilla del Viento collection by Fondo de Cultura Económica.
The book is recommended for boys and girls aged 7 to 9 who are approaching poetry and the illustrated book.
