«Clac, la tortuga» is a children's story by Édouard Manceau, published by Plataforma Editorial in hardback (20 pages, in Spanish).
A story that imaginatively answers the question of why animals are the way they are. The tortoise Clac stars in a fantastic explanation: a street sweeper's hat ends up transformed into her shell. A short tale with simple illustrations, designed for early readers.
First edition published in 2015; translation by Luis Font. Part of the Patio illustrated albums collection, with other titles by Édouard Manceau such as «Zas, el elefante».
Aimed at young children beginning to discover illustrated stories.
