«Ciruela» is the graphic novel by Emma Chichester Clark, published by Impedimenta in hardback (160 pages, in Spanish).
The work brings together the strips Emma Chichester Clark published on her blog Plumdog from 2012, where her dog Ciruela narrates her daily life in the first person. Between country walks and mischief, the little dog —a Jack Russell and poodle mix— tells of her life with her owner and her sister Liffey, in a story illustrated with tenderness and humour.
First edition, published on 26 April 2018. Ciruela is volume 25 of the El Chico Amarillo collection.
Recommended for readers who enjoy graphic novels and stories told from an animal's point of view, as well as for dog lovers.

Edwin Charles Clark was a British legal scholar, barrister and antiquarian, who specialised in Roman Law. He was Regius Professor of Civil Law at the University of Cambridge from 1872 to 1914. He had been elected a Fellow of Trinity College, Cambridge in 1859 and then moved to St John's College, Cambridge in 1883 having been elected a professorial fellow. The author of a number of books, he wrote mainly for the benefit of his students, and his works "had little influence and are seldom cited" by jurists.
