«Ces cabots qui gouvernent le monde» is a satirical album by Laurent Gerra and Morchoisne, in hardback, 64 pages, in French, published by Hors Collection.

A graphic humour album portraying world leaders through satirical caricatures. Laurent Gerra writes the texts and Morchoisne the drawings: the cover shows three caricatured heads of state, including a leader with a turban and a uniformed one with a moustache. A political satire in which the «cabots» of the title are the rulers themselves.
