«Cerbantes Park» is the novel by Carlos Robles published by Navona in 2022 in paperback (280 pages, in Spanish).
A former exhibition curator, cynical and naive in equal measure, returns to his childhood neighbourhood with the ambition of building a theme park dedicated to literature. Between business plans, avant-garde attractions and neighbourhood reproaches, the protagonist reunites with the ghosts of youth and the challenges of adulthood, in a quixotic enterprise that questions success, failure and the reading of Don Quixote.
The work belongs to the SERIE M series and is the first novel by Carlos Robles Lucena, also author of stories included in anthologies such as Best European Fiction 2017.
A book for readers of contemporary fiction interested in metafictional stories and a lucid, ironic look at fulfilled dreams.
