«Buscando a Bob» is the young adult novel by Jordi Sierra i Fabra, published by Anaya Infantil y Juvenil in paperback (208 pages, in Spanish).
Héctor runs away from his home in Vigo to Barcelona to see his idol Bob Dylan in concert. The journey is also an inner quest: after discovering a secret about his existence, he needs to know who he is. The escape becomes a personal initiation, and Dylan is just the excuse for a journey towards freedom and inner peace.
It was published on 18 April 2005 and corresponds to number 111 of Anaya's Espacio Abierto collection.
Ideal for readers aged 12 and up, especially those who enjoy stories of personal growth and with music as a guiding thread.
