«Bretonische Brandung» is the crime novel by Jean-Luc Bannalec in paperback, published by Kiepenheuer & Witsch (351 pages, in German).
Three men are found dead on the Glénan islands, off the Breton coast. Commissaire Dupin, upon learning the identity of the victims —an unscrupulous businessman and a reckless sailor—, rules out an accident. The dangerous shallows of the area will complicate his investigation.
The book was originally published in 2013 and is the second case in the Kommissar Dupin ermittelt series.
For readers of crime and detective fiction, particularly those seeking mysteries set in French Brittany.
