«Asuntos de amor» is a collection of short stories and micro-stories by Juan Pedro Aparicio, published by Editorial Everest in hardback (176 pages, in Spanish).
The book brings together eleven short stories and twenty-nine cuánticos, a name the author gives to his micro-stories, all about love: heartbreak, lack or excess, unrecognized love, misunderstandings, demands and mix-ups. The prose combines the poetic with the aphoristic; the last cuántico has eighteen words, including the title.
The first edition was published by Editorial Everest in 2010.
For readers of short fiction in Spanish who appreciate poetic prose, aphorism and contemporary fiction.
