«A sombra cazadora» is the mystery and suspense novel by Suso de Toro, published by Xerais in paperback (208 pages, in Spanish).
Two brothers live isolated with their father, who hides an external threat from them. When their confinement is broken, the father warns them that their shadow could separate from them and take on a life of its own. Narrated in the first person, each chapter alternates the point of view of the two brothers in an atmosphere that accelerates like a thriller.
The novel opens the Fóra de xogo collection, from Edicións Xerais de Galicia. It was originally published in 1995 and translated into Spanish, Portuguese and other European languages.
Recommended for readers of contemporary and suspense fiction looking for a story narrated from two complementary perspectives.
