«17 anys, primer viatge a Itàlia» is the young adult novel by Oriol Vergés Mundo, published by Columna CAT in paperback (133 pages, in Catalan).
The end-of-year trip is always an important milestone, and this year the destination is Italy. Teachers and students discover together the land of the Renaissance and spaghetti, amid crushes, jokes, couples, run-ins with moustachioed carabinieri and fiery Florentine boys, plus many hours on the coach. In the end, it will all have been worth it: getting on the coach and discovering Italy at the pace of seventeen years old.
