«Where the Songs Begin» (Vingacan ta senay nia vuvu) is the album by Taiwu Elementary School Folk Singers, released in 2011 by CD Baby, on CD.
The double CD collects traditional songs of the Paiwan people sung by schoolchildren from Taiwan. The children learned them from the elders to recover a repertoire that had been silent for decades. The first disc contains fusion arrangements; the second, ancient melodies a cappella.
