«Una Ala Sobre El Mar» is the album by Uc, released in 1999 by Safiro on CD.
«Una Ala Sobre El Mar» presents ten tracks with lyrics in Catalan and seafaring and island evocations; among the cuts are «Ha vengut un barquet nou», «Per una estrella perfecta» and «Eivissa, petit boci». The cover design, with a rhombus framing a coastal landscape, accompanies that Mediterranean imaginary.
«Una Ala Sobre El Mar» contains a single disc; the back cover credits production to Puput!, the edition under license from Serdisco and the catalogue number DM-BL1068.
For world music listeners and for those interested in the Catalan music scene of the late 90s.
