«Two Worlds» is the collaborative album by Lee Ritenour and Dave Grusin, released in 2000 on Decca, on CD.
The album brings together Lee Ritenour on guitar and Dave Grusin on piano in a repertoire that crosses jazz with classical music, featuring Renée Fleming, Gil Shaham and Julian Lloyd Webber. On a foundation close to neoclassicism, the pieces combine chamber passages with more contemporary sonorities.
The CD is a single-disc edition, released on 17 October 2000, with catalogue number 467 132-2.
For fans of jazz fusion and classical music, especially guitar-and-piano collaborations.
