«Trio Voronezh» is the self-titled album by Trio Voronezh, released in 2000 by Angel Records on CD.
The repertoire combines classical works by composers such as Vivaldi, Schubert and Bach with folk-flavoured pieces, all with the ensemble's own arrangements. Tracks include Piazzolla's «Michelangelo», Tchaikovsky's «Russian Dance» and Mendelssohn's «A Midsummer Night's Dream», in a journey through chamber music.
The album brings together twelve tracks and was produced by Stephen Ferrara, with all arrangements made by Trio Voronezh themselves.
For those who enjoy chamber music and versions that bring the classical repertoire closer to popular music.
